Step 1 - (Kundalini Yoga Spinal Warm-Up)

Do this routine before the 2 meditations. This will help trigger a small amount of your dormant kundalini energy so that it can act as an additional catalyst for opening your third eye.

Step 2 - (3rd Eye Stimulation Meditation)

• 20  minutes

This is part 1... of a 2 part meditation sequence that will open your third eye. This one, in particular, will help build up the energy around your third eye region.

Step 3 - (Your 3rd Eye-Opening EXPERIENCE)

This is where you will open your third eye... This is a guided visualization experience that is best performed after the previous meditation.
