    Perform your chosen routine every day

Choose at least one of the following practices for entering your "flow state" and do it every day, applying the habit creation template described in the live session.

1. Energy Clearing with the white light visualization technique or any other method that resonates.

2. Breath-work - feel free to use some, or all of the techniques we went over in the live session. Also, in this Week 3 section there is a video of my personal routine. 


3. Energy Protection with "the armor technique" or anything else that works

4. Gratitude Practice - write down 3 things in your life that you are grateful for.  Or replay the meditation from the Live...


***combining all of them into a 10-15 minute routine is my personal recommendation*** With that said, it's also wise to focus mostly on the technique that resonates with you and does the trick the best.


Habit Creation Process Summary...


1. Write down (desired habit/behavior... time... and location)

 

2. Write down your "anchor" — something you enjoy that you do right before or after your new habit as a reward


3.  Make it easy... eliminate distractions and make the new habit super easy and convenient for you to carry out.
