    FIRST - Get In Your Flow State (with your current routine)

    While in state... (for 10 minutes)... write down goals you want to accomplish in the next decade of your life... dream big!
  •  
    Next, assign each goal with an estimated time frame... ex. I want to write a book / 1 year... I want to buy a home on the beach / 5 years, etc. 
  • Share the goal you're going to start on first... with the group on slack.
