Last minute I decided to change the topic for this particular live cast...

I was scrolling through the Facebook comments and say A TON of people asking about the eclipse... the symptoms, common experiences, challenges, etc.

So, in light of that, I felt guided to do this instead :)

I have been going through these intense eclipses for a long time and have learned a lot about them... how to cope with them... how to get the most out of them... and how to frame them in my mind so that I don't get so overwhelmed as I once did. 

This session will be about what I wish I would have known 10 years ago when I began experiencing the intense eclipse shifts.
