Below I will lay out a simple, condensed plan of action for you to follow:

1. Recide the following affirmation each day and night 10X each...

"My kundalini is active and flowing through my body in a gentle and harmonious way."

2. Drink 2-4 liters of water each day, get some light exercise, and make sure roughly 80% of your diet comes from that list of foods from step 2.

3. Perform the kundalini routine every day for the next 28 days

4. Self pace when needed
