Step 1 - (Kundalini Yoga Spinal Warm Up) 


Perform this kundalini yoga warm-up BEFORE you get into the 2 following third eye mediations.
This is going to make the process much easier and faster. 

Opening your third eye requires a sufficient amount of energy to build up in the area. 

This sequence will help release a little bit of your dormant kundalini energy so that you can direct it towards your third eye with the coming meditations. 

This will also help reduce your mind chatter and bring you into a more present state of consciousness making you far more receptive to the meditations that are to come. 

You could also do this as a stand-alone routine, as it's great for bringing you into a focused, present, and confident state of being.
