  1. I love hearing from both of you. I have the same experience as Victor with channeling to much spirit when I get in my writing zone…whether it is writing the transcripts for the Paths of 7s that I’m covering on my YouTube channel or if it’s writing my blog. What I’ve learned is that when channeling our higher self pours as much energy through me as possible because it’s so rare that people connect. Think of someone who has tape put over there mouth for centuries and they’ve witnessed so much so they have so much to say. A tolerance has to be built up or the energy will just dry and ungrounded the system…especially if the frequency between the vessel and higher self are just a little bit off. That’s why the more you channel spirit it becomes more balanced as you go. The higher self claims down a bit because it is being heard. Because it’s intellectual this talent is fire like yang energy. I take breaks and do mundane tasks to ground and disperse the energy.

    A healer, like Pattie, which I have a smaller ability of and I haven’t really developed in life…works with the energy (or lack of energy) already present until they learn to channel a different part of Spirit. Healers work with the emotional watery yin energy that chips away persistently…it is not as rapid as the intellectual but just as powerful. Just think of the Grand Canyon. The problem there is water can absorb rain drops….so learning ro hold an sacred space within is vital for empathic healers because we absorb others energy…sadly that just make aware of the other persons state and doesn’t heal them but leaves us zapped.

    In both cases the Life Force is involved (qi or chi) and has to be cultivated.

    That’s what I’ve learned on my path anyways. I shared this with everyone. Such an amazing podcast. I wish this information was out there when I dived headlong into myawakening.

  2. Beautiful, so timely for me. I have been feeling ungrounded lately and craving for fatty foods. Thou, I felt guilty…m…but as you mentioned go with flow what body is craving for naturally.

    More, due to my own ascension and the symptoms….my body yearns for complete rest and alone time…I sometimes struggle taking a day off at work and have done many times in the past…m….I am an empath and in the midst of heavy energies around me….m…how do I deal with that and not beat myself with performance and or attendance issues….

    How do you tell your manager that you are awakening and going through this process..as not everyone is awakened to this phenomenon. Any suggestions to creating an awareness and or how to open a dialogue.

    Love to hear from you and both on this dilemma.

  3. Thanks for sharing n giving me more awareness around this. I can relate to the change in craving certain foods chocolate being one of them I know it’s the sugar but I wouldn’t of known it’s to do with being ungrounded so thanks for that information. Also a big one for me is being around people n certain places as I pick up peoples energy or vibes so much to I don’t want to go out but I know I have to. I like the nature for grounding as I have a puppy so he helps me to go out when I’m struggling thankyou both i love how your energies balance together as i feel victor your just full of energy n pattie seems so mellow n chilled brilliant namaste 🙏💖😇

  6. Hey, great podcast guys. Yes, the anxiety issue. I’m noticing people in general are going on meds…not good.Love Gabby Bernstein that’s awesome for even quick meditations.
    Hey, beets! They are a super food. Easy peasy: buy like 4..Same size, and boil them until tender. Also, the cravings..shit! When you said peanut butter, like Ya lol. So I’ve been making peanut butter gluten free cookies..omg soo good. But, aside from watermelon..great choice by the way, is apple sauce!! No kidding..fresh apples..peel and cook slowly with some waterof course. At first i put honey..forget it. Also sugar..forget it. So after I put them in small containers and freez them. When you just want one take out that morn.,put in the fridge.And eat cold…sooo good, just like the watermelon. Anyways, thanks for the grounding tips. I also need to address the root chakra..yikes!

  8. I really needed this thank you. A lot of things make more sense now I have had all of these for years but even stronger this past year. Especially the fatigue I have noticed every time I have an ‘AHA’ moment and spiritual realization I suddenly feel so exhausted I fall into deep sleep and have a two hour nap or I have been suddenly getting extremely bad headaches and feel like there is something I can’t handle. Thank you for the advice
