Wow so well explained, just what I needed to hear, and not just about alcohol. I’ve been feeling so guilty and confused about what I should or shouldn’t be ingesting lately. Thanks for sharing, so resonating.
I can’t stand those “holier than thou” so-called high vibration, enlightened people who advise everyone to just quit everything and follow some super strict, clean, vegan diet without chemicals, or if you don’t then you’re a bad low vibration person and should feel guilty about your diet and lifestyle choices. Sorry but if I quit eating meat and try to live on fruit and grains, I get incredibly sick!
Everyone is different. I can’t smoke weed for eg. or it causes me to dissociate and have a very bad experience, yet constantly get told by most that weed is great for my anxiety and alcohol is toxic, umm not the case for me! People like that are the most annoying on earth! You explained these faux enlightened people so well!
I enjoy the occasional cocktails and cigarette, or a nice, hearty meal. I also love to fast all day and then have a huge feast haha! It’s the best feeling!
THINK FOR YOURSELF! EXACTLY!!!
Thank you Victor and Pattie for a refreshingly honest, authentic, and helpful video that radiates your open and expanding integrated Mind/Heart. ^_^
What a great chat!!!! I love when you guys share your thoughts on subjects that many in the “spiritual community” have more rigid belief structures about! Your honesty, experience and non judgmental attitudes are always so refreshing ❤️ Awesome episode!
