- FIRST - Get In Your Flow State (with your current routine)
- While in state... (for 10 minutes)... write down goals you want to accomplish in the next decade of your life... dream big!
- Next, assign each goal with an estimated time frame... ex. I want to write a book / 1 year... I want to buy a home on the beach / 5 years, etc.
- Share the goal you're going to start on first... with the group on slack.
