This is a relatively new and yet already extremely popular method.


The reason being... it promotes a very high level of health and vitality that is actually SUSTAINABLE.


When I was a trainer I would hear... "Victor! - I'm doing the new carrot juice diet... or I am giving up sugar."

Never have I once seen any diet method that is overly restrictive work long term. This crash dieting mentality actually leads to very poor health because it's often coupled with a swing in the opposite direction ie. binge eating.


Flexible dieting shares a certain ratio of healthy / unhealthy "fun foods" that will give you the best of both worlds.


You can eat this way to get lean, fit, and healthy... AND do it for the rest of your life with little struggle.
