This entire month is going to be highly activating so for this month's light body activation technique we will do some grounding.

A very simple and effective way to ground yourself is to... as you might assume, walk on the ground! 
In this case, your instructions are to walk around outside for 5 minutes close to bed time. Afterwards do not go on your phone, computer, or watch any television. 

You want to have the intention to ground and center yourself.
Aside from sleeping much better :) You will be able to stay nice and grounded during this  month of activation.
