Today we are going to focus on helping you stay calm, balanced, & focused in what can often times be... very intense "Peak Full Moon Energy."
Right now you've done SOO much awesome work, but as we get close to the Full Moon... it can get a bit intense.
This is why today I suggest you do something that centers you.
In my experience, one of the easiest & most effective ways is with the 5,000 year old practice of yoga!
