That last question 💯👏Both of your thoughts & comments about food/nutrition were SO refreshing! I love that not only did you tackle this question honestly but you did so in such an inclusive way! You are both true leaders 🙏 Although food can be a polarizing subject matter, I agree that it shouldn’t be. And although it could be controversial I actually think you guys should go deeper into this complex subject (whether by podcast, video, etc). I think viewers/listeners would benefit A LOT from understanding the “whys” behind things like veganism or craving certain substances (Pattie you said something about coffee & wine in a prior podcast that was fascinating)! After hearing your attitudes toward the subject matter an entire episode would attract a lot of viewers all over the spiritual spectrum (plus there are so many ways to address different aspects of a very important but such a personally unique subject area). Love you both, sleepy or alert 💜
